DIRECTION USE:
• Wash and dry vehicle. Shake well.
• Apply to cool, clean slurface.
• Apply a small amount of product onto a microfiber and spread evenly on once section at a time - Allow to dry to a haze.
• Remove excess with a soft cloth.
• Buff Lightly to enhance gloss and color depth.

• For Domestic Deliveries (City Limit Areas): 35AED for order weight 0-5KG, additional 2AED/KG for order weight > 5KG
• For Domestic Deliveries (Remote Areas): 70AED for order weight 0-5KG, additional 4AED for order weight > 5KG

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. To submit an order cancellation request, please contact us Call: 600 550 004 or Email: support@alkhateeb.ae. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. You may want information on a return instead. Cancellation can be done on following will situations:

• If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel your order.
• If we fail to fulfill the order.
• If you didn’t receive the order on time.
• If wrong product was sent by us

REFUND POLICY

• Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment.
• Refunds will be made onto original mode of payment and will be process within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
