WARNING: For your own the safety of the persons it is importantn to read and follow below instructions and obey the warnings. Keep the instructions manual in a safe place for future reference.
1. Children should be supervised to ensure taht theu do not play with the awning.
2. Check the assembly of the awning on a regular basis for stability and signs of wear or damage to parts. Do ot use the appliance when repair or adjustment is necessary.
3. Do not use the awning when maintenance is being performed.
4. Do not attempt to assemble the awning if any parts are missing or damaged in this case please contact our customer sevrvice.
5. Keep children and pets out of work area during assembly and adjustment.
6. Please make sure that your lhands are clean at the time of assembly, otherwise you may dirty awning fabric and frame.
7. Withdraw the awning and store in a dry when it is not in use for a long time, such as in winter.
8. The awning shiuld be kept away from fire and inflammable objects.
9. Please ensure safe and proper disposal of the awning and accessories to avoid harm.

All shipments are sent by IQFulfillment Courier (www.iqfulfillment.com), the shipment can be tracked through the website with your order number. We can deliver only in UAE. There is no international delivery

• FULFILLMENT: This stage may take up to 2-3 Business Day (Excluding Holidays and Weekends). All orders are processed during normal business hours Monday to Saturday.
• SHIPPED: Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipment confirmation (Airway Bill / Tracking Reference) to your registered email and mobile number.
• Delivery charges across UAE are standard, although additional charges may apply based on product category, weight and dimensions.
• We also offer CASH ON DELIVERY.

SHIPPING COST:

• For Domestic Deliveries (City Limit Areas): 35AED for order weight 0-5KG, additional 2AED/KG for order weight > 5KG
• For Domestic Deliveries (Remote Areas): 70AED for order weight 0-5KG, additional 4AED for order weight > 5KG

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. To submit an order cancellation request, please contact us Call: 600 550 004 or Email: support@alkhateeb.ae. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. You may want information on a return instead. Cancellation can be done on following will situations:

• If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel your order.
• If we fail to fulfill the order.
• If you didn’t receive the order on time.
• If wrong product was sent by us

REFUND POLICY

• Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment.
• Refunds will be made onto original mode of payment and will be process within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
