All shipments are sent by IQFulfillment Courier (www.iqfulfillment.com), the shipment can be tracked through the website with your order number. We can deliver only in UAE. There is no international delivery

• FULFILLMENT: This stage may take up to 2-3 Business Day (Excluding Holidays and Weekends). All orders are processed during normal business hours Monday to Saturday.

• Delivery charges across UAE are standard, although additional charges may apply based on product category, weight and dimensions.
• We also offer CASH ON DELIVERY.

• For Domestic Deliveries (City Limit Areas): 35AED for order weight 0-5KG, additional 2AED/KG for order weight > 5KG
• For Domestic Deliveries (Remote Areas): 70AED for order weight 0-5KG, additional 4AED for order weight > 5KG

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. To submit an order cancellation request, please contact us Call: 600 550 004 or Email: support@alkhateeb.ae. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. You may want information on a return instead. Cancellation can be done on following will situations:

REFUND POLICY

• Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment.
• Refunds will be made onto original mode of payment and will be process within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
